The FLOW school is a graduate school in Fluid Mechanics. The school is organized and managed by the Linné FLOW Centre at KTH, together with the
environment on multiscale flow dynamics. Within FLOW, an advisory board will help in the decision process. The goal of the graduate school is to widen the competence and perspectives of the participating PhD students within the area of fundamental fluid mechanics and to provide an opportunity to network with potential collaboration partners in academia. We organize typically one Summer/Autumn School per year, where distinguished international speakers give lectures for 4-5 days on a theme of special interest for FLOW PhDs. The topic of the 2018 FLOW Autumn School is Rheology. National and international students can attend our courses for free, but will have to pay for their own travel/accommodation. FLOW graduate students are also encouraged to attend graduate courses from our international partners.
The administration is handled by Outi Tammisola (Director of FLOW/Interface graduate school), together with Anders Dahlkild (Director of graduate studies, Dept. of Mechanics).
