Shervin Bagheri elected as Wallenberg Academy Fellow

Wallenberg Academy Fellows is a carreer programme that provides long-term funding for the most promising young researchers of all disciplines to develop their projects. The programme was initiated by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation in close collaboration with five royal academies and sixteen universities.

As a Wallenberg Academy Fellow , Shervin Bagheri will develop surfaces that help air and water flow with less friction along cars, airplanes and boat hulls, for example. One area in which he will find inspiration is nature’s fast swimmers. [ Read more ]
