FLOW paper among finalists for best student paper award at EUCASS

At the recent join European Conference for Aerospace Sciences ( EUCASS ) and the 9th conference of the Council of European Aerospace Societies (CEAS), the work by FLOW PhD student Mohammad Moniripiri and colleagues was selected among the three finalists for the ArianeGroup Best Student Award in the category of aerothermodynamics.

The work, ‘An adjoint-based approach for finding smooth surface waviness tolerance for natural laminar flow design’, is a collaboration between FLOW and researchers at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), Brazil.
