FLOW student winner of ERCOFTAC da Vinci Prize

Former FLOW PhD student Nicolò Fabbiane has won the ERCOFTAC da Vinci Prize for his PhD thesis ’Transition delay in boundary-layer flows via reactive control'. Nicolò was one of the five finalist who presented their research works at the recent ERCOFTAC meeting in Delft.

Former FLOW PhD student Nicolò Fabbiane has won the ERCOFTAC  da Vinci Prize for his PhD thesis ’Transition delay in boundary-layer flows via reactive control'. Nicolò was one of the five finalist who presented their research works at the recent ERCOFTAC meeting in Delft.

ERCOFTAC ' da Vinci Competition’ is held once per year. The da Vinci Prize - 1000 Euros, a Certificate and a medal - is awarded to the competitor judged by the jury to have demonstrated the best combination of scientific merit and presentational quality.
