Philipp Schlatter elected as Wallenberg Academy Fellow

Wallenberg Academy Fellows, the career programme for young researchers launched by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation in 2012, provides long-term funding for young, promising Swedish and foreign researchers from all academic fields.

As a Wallenberg Academy Fellow , Philipp Schlatter will develop a virtual wind tunnel. He will set up a real experiment and build a computer model with matching results. The virtual experiment will require a computational grid with about 100 billion points
