Prof. Henningson keynote speaker at JFM/Flow Symposium China

Publicerad 2025-08-01
As the publisher of the internationally acclaimed Journal of Fluid Mechanics and its sister journal Flow, Cambridge University Press continues its annual tradition of academic collaboration with leading Chinese institutions. Since its inception in 2022, the JFM/Flow Symposium China has served as a premier platform for advancing fluid mechanics research, fostering international academic exchange, and supporting the next generation of scholars. Our colleague Prof. Dan Henningson, member of the JFM editorial board, is one of the keynote speakers at this year’s event (August 31- September 2).   The 2025 symposium will be hosted for the first time at the School of Mechanics and Engineering Science, Peking University and State Key Laboratory for Turbulence and Complex Systems. This prestigious event will focus on cutting-edge developments and interdisciplinary integration in fluid mechanics, exploring innovative research directions in complex fluid systems. It will bring together distinguished researchers, early-career scientists, and journal editors for a dynamic program of keynote lectures, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
